About LEAP

Objectives

LEAP set out to improve opportunities in the labour market for adults building a career in a new country in Europe, by developing their 21st-century skills and strengthening their participation in European society.

Activities

The project had four activities: project management, a 21st-century skills assessment, a tailor-made e-learning module, and dissemination and communication.

Results

A skills assessment designed to measure the soft skills people already have.

An e-learning platform of interactive training modules for developing 21st-century skills.
