About LEAP

We’re turning 21st-century skills into everyday wins—fast onboarding, a personal report you can act on, and compact lessons that fit real schedules.

LEAP is an Erasmus+ KA210-ADU project that helps low-educated adult immigrants develop essential 21st century skills.

With a free online self-assessment tool and simple learning modules, LEAP supports users in everyday life, work and integration in Europe and will be implemented over 12 months until August 2026.

LEAP helps users see their current skills, recommends tailored learning paths, and strengthens communication, digital, social and problem-solving skills to improve confidence and job opportunities.

Adult immigrants (18+) in our partner countries, especially with low–medium formal education (EQF 4–5). Suits jobseekers, newcomers, and returners. Counselors and adult-education centers can enroll individuals or cohorts.

LEAP is designed mainly for low-educated adult immigrants living in Europe.
It is also a resource for adult education centres, NGOs and professionals supporting immigrants in learning, guidance and employment.
