LEAP is a one-year collaboration to boost employability and social inclusion.

We’re building two things:

1. a quick, clear self-assessment that shows your current soft skills and gives an actionable report;
2. a multilingual learning platform with 12 short modules designed for everyday work and life.

Why it matters
Adult immigrants often face a messy trio: unclear recognition of skills, limited access to bite-size learning, and tools that aren’t built for real-life schedules. LEAP answers with low-barrier onboarding, A1–B1 friendly content, and mobile-first design.

Who’s building
Stichting Solaris (NL) leads, with partners in Estonia, Norway, and Poland. Together we cover content, tech, outreach, and quality.

What’s next
We’re spinning up user research and prototyping now. The first pilots will follow, then open access to the platform during the project period. Stay tuned for calls to join the testing rounds.
